IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SELLER BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS.
Should fulfillment of any order or contract be prevented or delayed by an act of God, war, blockade, revolution, government action to restrict energy or any other essential to the growing and harvesting of the crops, prohibition of exports or imports, riots, strikes, lockouts, fires and/or detention at sea or any other contingency beyond our control, we shall not be held responsible for any loss and/or damages thereby.
TERMS OF USE STATEMENT:
You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use as stated above.
DELIVERY POLICY
We gaurantee your seeds will be delivered or we’ll resend them. All orders are shipped from within Australia with tracking so both parties have full visibility of the shipping status. We’ll utilize the tracking information to determine if the item has or has not been delivered. If undelivered for whatever reason, we’ll re-send the order. No questions asked. The tracking code will be emailed to you once your order is sent which normally occurs 1-2 days after your payment is made (depending on bank transfer, reconciliation and processing times. This can take longer if paying on the weekends).
A low cost of $5 is added per order to cover the packaging and tracking logistics. There is no signature required upon delivery. The normal transit time from package sent is approx 1-3 business days for metro locations and 4-7+ days for rural locations. These times are indicative and based on postal carrier service constraints.

All information gathered by the seller is strictly confidential and your details will never be shared with any third parties. All data is encrypted at rest and secured with encryption. Under no circumstances do we transfer your information to any other company, nor do we collect any personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs. Data obtained while visiting our site does not identify you personally, but rather about a visit to our site.
